Mexican Retail Distributor Dashboard

The following PowerBI dashboard was created to be a snapshot for management to review monthly information with quarterly/yoy performance. The dashboard is broken down into 5 different pages:

Annual Snapshot: Intended for the COO of a company looking to get a better idea of how their YoY performance is from a birds-eye view

Daily Info: More up-to-date information complete with estimated sales projects for the next 5 days. Information in this report is limited to the last 10 business days, with a tree map on the right hand side showing the breakdown of total revenue, with conditional formatting showing highest profit margin items for that category

Product Info: Intended to give a general sense of the products sold through the retailer and their performance based on location.

Store Information: Map of all occupied cities along with graphs that compare both the contribution margin and percent of total revenue by product category as a way to compare different types of city locations or even specific stores. The top has an easily clickable bookmark to select between the different types of locations (airport, commercial, downtown and residential).

Inventory: Built with the intention of being used by a purchasing accountant to quickly discern the localities that need to have product delivered and their total cost of restocking based on product costs. Specific stores selected on the bottom left will give a list on the right side for the accountant to print off if need be for a store-specific view.
